Scope
Knowles Mail Bridge is a private application operated by Michael Knowles for his own use. Access is limited to an explicit allow-list of his own Google accounts. It is not offered to the public, and no license to use it is granted to anyone else.
Acceptable use
The application may be used only to access mailboxes that the operator owns and has authorized through Google's consent flow. Any attempt to access it without authorization is prohibited.
Availability
The application is provided on an as-is basis with no guarantee of availability, and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without notice.
No warranty
The application is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the application.
Third-party services
The application depends on Google's Gmail API and on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Use of those services is governed by their own terms.
Privacy
Handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States.
